Did you experience anti-LGBTQI+ hate crimes or discrimination in Hungary? Apply for an anonymous interview!
We are looking for interview participants who were previously targeted by anti-LGBTIQ+ hate crimes or discrimination; for our project ENACT: Enhancing the capacity of civil society organizations to support victims of anti-LGBTQI hate crimes.
You can apply if you have experienced violence or discrimination based on your sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression, whether you reported the incident or not.
The main goal of our interviews is to map the experiences of the interview participants regarding the available support services, their efficiency and accessibility in Hungary. With your participation you can contribute to granting greater assistance to those that find themselves in the same situation in the future.
We treat the information you share confidentially and we anonymize the interviews.
The interviews will be semi-structured and open-ended. Their preparation will take approximately one hour, ideally in person, or if needed, through Skype. If you would accept participating, please contact us at egyed.kata@hatter.hu with the e-mail subject “Enact interview participation”.
As a first step, we will send you a detailed Information sheet and consent form, after which you can still decide if you wish to proceed. Interview appointments are available between 22 July - 15 September 2024. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
The project is co-funded by the European Union and it is implemented in six EU countries.
