Same-sex couples and mediation: a practical handbook

The handbook examines the nature of intra-family disputes between same-sex partners and some selected issues involved in the mediation process. Relying mainly upon empirical data the nandbook seeks to provide a practical opportunity for professionals of different disciplines to develop more grounded and effective understanding of the nature of disputes between same-sex partners, and of the issues involved in the resolution of such disputes.
