Submission by Háttér Support Society for LGBT People in Hungary for the OSCE ODIHR Annual Report on Hate Crimes 2011

The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights prepares a report every year about the situation concerning hate crimes in the OSCE countries.

The report prepared by our organization details four hate crime cases against LGBT people and their handling by state institutions in 2011, provides updates about the legal procedure in two earlier cases, summarizes legal developments during the year, and describes the newly launched Report homophobia! website of Háttér.
