Submission by Háttér Support Society for LGBT People in Hungary for the OSCE ODIHR Annual Report on Hate Crimes 2012

The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights prepares a report every year about the situation concerning hate crimes in the OSCE countries.

The report prepared by our organization details seven hate crime cases against LGBT people and their handling by state institutions in 2012, summarizes legal developments and describes the work of the Hate Crimes Working Group which Háttér is a member of.
